The Workbench

Where ideas get pressure-tested.

This is the live bench: working tools, active prototypes, graduated products, and the retired experiments honest enough to teach us something.

Live bench

No theater. Just artifacts.

Reading the badges: Live means supported. In build means it is being shaped in public. Coming soon means the question is already on the table.

In the Wild

Ideas that made it
out of the lab.

Some projects outgrow the workbench. These graduated into products of their own, out in the world and standing on their own two feet. Proof that the point of a lab is building things real enough to leave it.

The Graveyard

Here lie the ideas
that didn't make it.

Nothing here is a waste. A project that dies leaves its lesson behind, and the lesson is meant to outlive the tool. If you are about to build something we already buried, the epitaph might save you the trip.

Example

Nothing's buried here... yet

Retired projects leave an honest, useful epitaph.

What it was
The tool's original one-line pitch.
Why it died
The honest reason it didn't make it.
What it taught us
The lesson that outlived the tool.
